Real are believed to have made the jet-heeled striker their top summer transfer target as they look to continue their policy of signing the world's best players.
Henry is fed up with the constant rumours and has reaffirmed his commitment to Arsenal insisting he has no plans to leave Highbury.
"I respect Real and everyone, but people has to respect what I say," Henry told L'Equipe.
"I never refused to talk about that in the press, I never hide. I start to be tired to repeat hundreds of times the same things.
"I feel people don't listen to me, or worse, don't believe me.
"I am fine here. I have projects, ambitions. I want to stay at Arsenal, I don't want to go to Real or anywhere else.
"I never stopped to say that, but it is useless."
Henry admitted he was happy to hear that the club had no plans to sell him whatever money was offered for him.
"That is the important thing, I have always wanted that," added Henry.
"When I hear things like that, it gives me wings and as long they will want men, I will be there."
Meanwhile, Arsenal have been handed a boost with the return to fitness of young striker Jeremie Aliadiere.
The highly-rated hit-man has been missing for the last six weeks after picking up medial knee ligament injury against Middlesbrough.
Aliadiere marked his return to action scoring for the reserves in the 1-1 draw with their Nottingham Forest counterparts.
The Frenchman completed the full 90 minutes and he will be pushing for a first team return this weekend against Charlton.
