Tavlaridis has agreed a deal to join PSG after rejecting the chance to make his loan spell at Lille permanent.
The talented defender joined Lille on loan during the January transfer window and has impressed in Le Championnat.
Lille had thought they had agreed to make his stay permanent, but PSG have scuppered their hopes by making a late move for Tavlaridis.
The whole saga has upset Seydoux and he is unhappy with PSG for their behaviour in the incident.
"One month ago, Tavlaridis signed a wage settlement with us, and we started to negotiate with Arsenal.
"We found an agreement at the end of last week, which means the player now belongs to us. Legally, the case is settled.
"Fifa will approve the contract, which just misses the Tavlaridis signature.
"Paris tried to destabilise the player by making a greater offer.
"I feel Vahid Halilhodzic just knows one club to find players - Lille.
"Anyway Paris won't build their central defence with LOSC's players."
Meanwhile, Lyon are reported to be leading the chase for Lille's highly-rated defender Eric Abidal.
Paris Saint Germain had made enquiries for Abidal, but Lille would prefer not to sell to the capital club leaving the way clear for Lyon to bring him to Stade Gerland.
Should Lyon fail to agree a deal for Abidal the defender will try and win a move to England.
