Stuart Taylor has warned Arsenal that he will quit unless he is given a chance.Stuart Taylor has warned Arsenal that he will quit the club unless he is given an opportunity to establish himself.
The 24-year-old, who was once regarded as the natural successor to David Seaman, has not played for Arsene Wenger's first team since May 2003.
Whilst neither Jens Lehmann nor Manuel Almunia have convinced this term, Taylor has been left kicking his heels in the club's reserves.
Taylor enjoyed a loan spell at Leicester earlier this season and admits that he is now considering a future away from Highbury.
''I have another two years left on my contract after this season but obviously I am getting older and there is only so long you can sit around for,'' said Taylor.
''I am 24 now, the years are going and I don't want to sit around doing nothing for much longer as I feel I am good enough to go and play somewhere else.
''Whenever I have played I have never let anybody down, not the club, the manager or fans.
''I've been here a long time and I love this club but maybe the time is coming where I have to think is it worth being here?
''I'll assess the situation at the end of the season.''
