Arsenal striker Jose Antonio Reyes should be fit for the FA Cup final.Arsenal have been handed a boost with the news that Jose Antonio Reyes should be fit for the FA Cup final.
The Spanish ace had been a major doubt for the game after missing last weekend's Premiership game against Birmingham with a leg problem.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is determined to have Reyes fit to face Manchester United on Saturday with star striker Thierry Henry missing with an Achilles problem.
"Jose is fit at the moment and, touch wood, is going to be fit for Saturday," said Wenger.
"We don't have Thierry Henry but Jose is a striker who can be inspirational for us going forward. He is an important asset in our team."
Wenger also revealed that Cameroon defender Lauren was available despite missing the Birmingham defeat through illness.
"He (Lauren) is OK," said Wenger. "We have Gael Clichy (foot) and Thierry Henry out - that's it."
Meanwhile, Patrick Vieira insists he is ready for anything when he comes face to face with Roy Keane in Cardiff.
The two old foes have been involved in a war of words recently and there is sure to be very little love lost in the midfield battle between the pair this weekend.
However, Vieira is not worried about the prospect of coming up against Keane.
"I'm ready for anything. Would I mind if he said anything else to me? I wouldn't mind at all. We will just see what happens," said Vieira.
"You always enjoy playing against the big players. He's one of the big players in this country but Steven Gerrard is also at the same level and there are a few players who are quite strong."
