The Dutch star, who has been strongly linked with a host of Premiership clubs in the past few months, has confirmed that he has no intention of leaving the club in January.
"Last season I told Feyenoord I am ready for a top European club," Kuyt said.
"However, the chance that I will still leave is almost zero. If it's up to me I will stay at Feyenoord this season. I don't want to lose my chances of playing in the World Cup."
North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham are both known admirers of the Rotterdam-based striker.
Kuyt, though, revealed he and some of his Feyenoord colleagues were unhappy with team-mate Salomon Kalou.
"Salomon is more selfish and that irritates the team," he revealed. "That is becoming a bit of a problem."
On De Oranje, Kuyt revealed his ambition to be his county's top striker.
"I'll have to prove it," he said. "My goal is clear: I want to be the number one forward of the Dutch squad."
