Arsene Wenger has ruled out a January move for a new goalkeeper.Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has ruled out a January move for a new goalkeeper.
The French tactician has been linked with Bolton's Jussi Jaaskelainen, who has yet to sign a new deal at The Reebok Stadium, but this has now been denied.
Middlesbrough's Mark Schwarzer has also been linked having put in a transfer request but Wenger insists he is more than content with Jens Lehmann and understudy Manuel Almunia.
''No, we already have three goalkeepers,'' said Wenger, when quizzed on whether he would be adding another to his squad.
''Jens Lehmann, Manuel Almunia and Mart Poom and I'm very happy with them.
''So we are not looking for a new goalkeeper. Lehmann has had a great season and Almunia has been superb in every game he has played.''
Meanwhile, Robin van Persie has confirmed he has committed his long-term future to the North London outfit by putting pen-to-paper on a deal that ties him to the club until 2011.
The Holland international has fulfilled obvious potential this season and his signature will be seen as a notable coup by both Wenger and his board.
