The Dutch striker, who missed the end of last season with a foot injury, netted on the stroke of half-time to give The Gunners the lead.
Following a less than impressive 45 minutes of action Theo Walcott created space on the right before crossing for van Persie to break the deadlock.
After half-time Walcott doubled Arsenal's advantage with a fine finish before van Persie added a second on 65 minutes to complete the win.
The friendly also marked the debuts of summer signings Bacary Sagna and Eduardo.
Elsewhere, Wigan made it two wins out of two on their pre-season tour of Holland with a 2-0 success over Den Bosch.
Goals either side of half-time from Emile Heskey and Paul Scharner ensured Chris Hutchings' side look in good touch ahead of the new campaign.
