Arsene Wenger has warned Arsenal's title rivals that his side are better equipped to challenge for the Premier League trophy this campaign.
The Gunners currently sit top of the table after five games of the new term following their 3-1 success at Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.
Wenger's men began last season well before a dip in form allowed Chelsea and Manchester United to overtake them in the race for domestic glory.
The Frenchman, though, is sure his team have learned from their mistakes, while he praised his players for their impressive displays against the Trotters.
He said in the Daily Mail: "The pleasure for me watching is the same as for you. Collective sport is fantastic if people don't transform it into an individual sport.
"It becomes magic if the team play as a team. I'm not a golf fan, but I like to watch the Ryder Cup.
"There's something more that makes it beautiful to watch, because of the collective unit and collective spirit.
"When a team respect that, they're a joy to watch. This team have learned and improved from last year. We want to fight at the top.
"We want to win the title and the UEFA Champions League. We have the quality, we are hungry, and we have a good spirit.
"What I like about this team is that they have a good attitude and share the same vision and express themselves well. We want to win first of all, but if it's possible we want to win with style."
Meanwhile, Gunners defender Kolo Toure has hit out at Kevin Davies' strong challenge on Gael Clichy that left the French full-back with a bruised shin.
Toure said: "The tackle was a disgrace. If we are going to allow that, we might as well get in kids off the street, they make those challenges. It's supposed to be a game of skill.
"I'm sure we could go out and kick players just as hard as we are kicked, but we would rather concentrate on playing football. We knew we had to make sure we did not allow ourselves to become intimidated as we have in the past."
