The 29-year-old suffered the injury in Saturday's 2-1 Premiership defeat at Charlton Athletic.
Radzinski, who only just returned to the Canadian international set-up last May following a self-imposed exile, will be replaced by defender Carl Fletcher for the clash with the North Africans.
The loss of the Polish-born striker will be a blow to Canadian manager Holger Osieck, as he prepares his side for this summer's Football Confederation Gold Cup finals in the United States.
With Radzinski's absence, one player that may receive the opportunity to earn a full cap is Tranmere Rovers' young hit-man Iain Hume.
