Should the former Anderlecht hit-man pass the formalities of his medical with The Cottagers, Radzinski will move south to Chris Coleman's side for £1.75 million.
Radzinski made it clear he wanted to move from The Toffees after rejecting the offer of a new three-year contract at Goodison Park, and shocked club officials by stating publicly that Everton strike partner Wayne Rooney needed to leave the Merseyside outfit.
Despite the recent signing of Andy Cole from Blackburn Rovers, Fulham seem ready to further boost their striking ranks with the fleet-footed Radzinski for the coming Premiership season.
The Cottagers were given a further boost on Thursday when centre back Zat Knight signed a contract extension with the club, taking his deal until the summer of 2008.
Knight became a regular member of Coleman's first team squad last term, having attracted the attentions of England boss Sven Goran Eriksson with his impressive displays.
Knight told the club's official website of his delight at extending his contract with Fulham.
"I am very happy to have committed my future to Fulham, which I know is the right move for me at this time," said Knight.
