New Everton signing Per Kroldrup admits that he is loving English football.
Everton defender Per Kroldrup has spoken of his love for the English game, after moving to Goodison Park this summer.
The Denmark international has been brought in by manager David Moyes to lead the Everton defence in the absence of recently-departed Alan Stubbs.
And Kroldrup admits that he cannot wait to start the new season.
"I am hooked on English football - the high pace, the conditions around the clubs and the many fans," said Kroldrup.
"It is a big difference and I am particularly considering on the pitch. The continuously high pace will make me a better player."
Kroldrup joined The Toffees from Italian side Udinese, who are entering the UEFA Champions League qualifiers at the same stage as the Merseysiders.
However, the 26-year-old believes that his new side have been dealt the tougher draw in having to face Villarreal.
"We have got one of the toughest sides...but we are not afraid," fired Kroldrup.
