Scotland full-back Gary Naysmith insists he is not worrying about his Everton future.
Gary Naysmith insists he is not worrying about his Everton future, despite not playing as often as he would have liked.
The Scotland international missed three months earlier in the season due to a knee injury and has been in and out of the side since returning to fitness.
He accepts it has been a frustrating period at Goodison Park, but is not looking towards a summer exit.
Instead, the full-back is focused on Scotland's Euro 2008 qualifiers with Georgia and Italy, along with trying to help Everton qualify for Europe.
"I'm fit now, but not playing every week for Everton," said Naysmith.
"I've played two of the last three and am fully fit, but I was back on the bench on Sunday for the Arsenal game.
"I've not had as many games a I would have liked, but with the transfer window shut there's no point in worrying about it right now.
"I'm looking to these Scotland games, the Premiership run-in and then the summer trip to the Faroes. Beyond that, I've not really looked.
"We do know, though, that if we can get a couple of results over the next three games then next season could be a massive year for Scotland."
