Jamaican star Gardner (pictured) and Republic of Ireland international Farrelly, who both scored in the play-off final win over Preston, have extended their current deals by three years, which will keep them at The Reebok until 2005.
The new deal is a major boost for Finnish goalkeeper Jaaskelainen, who missed most of last season after suffering a serious cruciate knee ligament injury.
The giant shot-stopper, who is battling back to fitness has signed a one-year extension to his current deal which will also keep him at the club until 2005.
Trotters boss Sam Allardyce was delighted that the trio had pledged their futures to the club.
"These three players are very important to the future of Bolton Wanderers," said Allardyce.
"I'm delighted that they have committed themselves to the club as we prepare for the Premiership campaign."
