El Hadji Diouf admits he is 'very happy' at Bolton Wanderers and insists he will not leave for money.
The Senegalese attacker has been linked with Atletico Madrid, with his agent claiming to have held talks with the Spanish club.
The situation has angered Sam Allardyce, with the Bolton boss calling for Atletico to come up with an offer or halt their interest.
Diouf has now moved to soothe any fears Allardyce might have of losing him by pledging his commitment to Bolton.
"I'm very happy at Bolton and I'm very happy in English football," stated Diouf.
"I'm going to give my best so that we can hopefully finish in the Champions League places.
"Then, at the end of the season, I will go and talk to Sam to see what his plans are for the team and the club.
"I won't leave Bolton just for money. My heart is here and I like everyone."
