Ambrose and Danns could both be involved at Boro

George Burley is happy to see Crystal Palace's influential duo Darren Ambrose and Neil Danns back on the road to full fitness. Ambrose was Palace's top scorer last season, but has recently been sidelined for 10 weeks with a leg injury. He returned to action as a substitute against Swansea City last weekend and is pushing for inclusion against fellow strugglers Middlesbrough on Saturday. Fellow midfielder Danns has been out for over a month with a knee problem, but he could be on the bench at Boro. The news comes as a huge boost for Burley after the Eagles crashed to the foot of the Championship table. He said: "Neil Danns and Darren Ambrose scored 80 per cent of our goals last season and thankfully they're on the road back to fitness which is a big bonus for us."
