Hall a big hit for Constable

Oxford's James Constable has lauded the impact his strike partner Robert Hall has made following his arrival from West Ham.

Hall has netted six times in nine games since joining the U's on loan and his goals have inspired an excellent run of form which has seen them defeated just once since he arrived. The 18-year-old will remain with Oxford until November 9 and Constable believes the club have benefited from his spell. He told BBC Radio Oxford: "He is a tremendous player and a joy to train with and play with. "He has got a massive future ahead of him and for the moment we are just pleased to have him playing for us."
