Owen Coyle has confirmed that Bolton are taking the opportunity to have a look at Philadelphia Union striker Sebastien Le Toux. The French forward revealed via Twitter that he was on his way to England, and it was widely reported that he was heading for the Reebok Stadium. Le Toux has shone in the MLS for the Seattle Sounders and the Union, bringing him to the attention of European clubs. Bolton are the latest side to be linked with a possible move, and they have handed the 28-year-old a trial during the American off-season. Coyle claims no decision has been taken as yet regarding a permanent deal, but he is keen to see what Le Toux has to offer.

"We have received good reports about Sebastien, so we thought we would give him an opportunity to come into the group," confirmed the Scot. "He will train with us for a week and we will see where we are after that."
