The defender had been told he is surplus to requirements at the Madejski Stadium, but has options in both the Second and Third Division.
"I know Oxford have been after me for a while and my agent has told there is interest from QPR," Robinson told the Evening Post.
"But at the moment no club is in a position to offer anything because of the situation with the television money.
"It is doubtful anything will happen for a few weeks."
