Tyson has enjoyed a two-month spell with The Chairboys, scoring two goals in ten appearances, and he has penned a two-year deal at The Causeway Stadium.
The young hit-man becomes Wycombe boss Tony Adams' first permanent signing and the Arsenal legend believes he will prove to be a good acquisition.
"I am delighted to make this signing for the club and bring Nathan Tyson here," Adams told the club's official website.
"Nathan has done well for us over the past two months and I feel he really has something to offer.
"The fans have already taken to him, they have seen his pace and enthusiasm and I know he will score goals for the team.
"When I arrived I said the key was to start rebuilding as soon as possible and Nathan is the first piece in the jigsaw if you like."
