Leeds conceded a late goal against Reading to hand Sheffield United promotion.
Kevin Blackwell's side could only earn a draw as Leeds United conceded a dramatic late goal to hand Sheffield United the Championship's second automatic promotion spot.
Leeds went ahead against Reading through a Rob Hulse strike on 47 minutes and it looked like The Whites had spoiled Sheffield United's party, but a late equaliser from Stephen Hunt saved The Royals.
Hulse's strike was his first in six games, but it did not prove the match-winner as Hunt's equaliser extended Leeds winless streak to seven.
Leeds went ahead when Shaun Derry crossed from the left for the Leeds striker to tuck the ball away at the near post for his 13th of the season.
Having long secured promotion to The Premiership, The Royals are only playing for pride now and have an eye on a league tally of 100 points.
Steve Coppell's side then proved they are not champions for nothing when Stephen Hunt bundled home Ivar Inimarsson's header with five minutes to go.
