Reading's Simon Cox has rejoined Brentford on-loan after recovering from injury.
Reading midfielder Simon Cox has rejoined Brentford on-loan after recovering from a fractured fibula.
The 19-year-old joined The Bees at the start of the season under previous boss Leroy Rosenior, but only played five games before breaking his leg against Millwall.
After returning to The Madejski Stadium to complete his recuperation, Cox is now fighting fit and has decided to return to Griffin Park until January 8.
"The leg is fully healed and I've played a couple of games for the reserves now," Cox told Reading's official website.
"I really enjoyed the loan at Brentford and although the results weren't great I was playing quite well.
"I'm just looking forward to getting back there and playing some competitive football to try and help lift them out of the bottom four."
