Reading manager Steve Coppell says he has received no bids for Republic of Ireland striker Kevin Doyle.
Coppell has already seen Nicky Shorey, Glen Little and Dave Kitson leave the Madejski Stadium following Reading's relegation from the Premier League.
Doyle has been tipped to follow his former team-mates in returning to the top flight, with the likes of Aston Villa and Sunderland linked with bids before the close of the transfer window.
The player has also hinted that he expects his future to be resolved shortly, but Coppell is not looking to lose Doyle.
Not an issue
The Royals chief is not worried by the latest speculation and admits there has been no recent interest in the former Cork City man.
"He's my player, so it's not even an issue as far as I'm concerned," Coppell told Sky Sports News about the latest rumours.
"I've had no calls about Kevin Doyle for probably about two weeks-plus now. They can't make bids unless they call, and I haven't had a call, so I haven't had a bid.
"No one is for sale, I don't have a for sale window and I don't have to sell anybody."
