Leroy Lita admits he would be happy to stay at Norwich City, particularly if he is not going to reclaim his Reading place.
The striker is currently on a month-long loan at Carrow Road and has scored four goals in four Championship appearances.
His loan is due to expire, but Norwich boss Glenn Roeder has already expressed an interest in hanging on to the former England Under 21 international.
Lita had struggled for regular football at Reading this season and revealed he would be willing to extend his stint with the Canaries.
"I have spoken to the gaffer, but I'm just concentrating on the next game now, but if both teams agree for me to stay then I'm happy to do that," Lita told the club's official website.
"Reading are flying, I wouldn't want to go back and not play.
"I'm in a real flow now and I hope to keep that going. I'm happy to stay and play here at Norwich, the gaffer has been great to me, he's told me how to play to my strengths and he's made things easy for me and I'm really enjoying it.
"As long as I'm here I'll continue to do my best for the team and score as many goals as I can. I'm just concentrating on the next game and we'll see what happens."
