Wycombe Wanderers have extended the loan spell of Reading midfielder Scott Davies until the New Year.
Davies has been quick to make an impression at the League One strugglers since joining on an initial month-long loan in October.
He scored twice in last week's 3-2 defeat by Walsall and will now stay with Gary Waddock's side until Monday 4th January.
Waddock twice signed the Republic of Ireland Under 21 international while he was in charge of Aldershot and he was quick to capture Davies again following his appointment at Adams Park.
Davies can be recalled at 24 hours' notice by Reading, where he had made five appearances this season before his move to Wycombe.
