Leyton Orient have signed Republic of Ireland U23 striker David Mooney on a free transfer from Reading.
The 26-year-old, who was released by the Royals at the end of last season, has put pen to paper on a two-year contract at Brisbane Road. Mooney spent last term on loan at Colchester and has also had spells with Charlton and Norwich. The Dubliner is boss Russell Slade's fifth signing of the summer, joining Scott Cuthbert, Leon McSweeney, Jamie Cureton and Marc Laird at the club.
