Portsmouth have released Brian Murphy, Chad Field and Snorre Nilsen following the expiration of their contracts.
The club announced their release following their Sky Bet League play-off semi-final defeat to Plymouth.
Adam McGurk, Kal Naismith and Matt Tubbs have also been transfer listed by the Hampshire-based club.
Pompey have taken up an option to extend the deals of Ben Close, Adam May and Ben Tollitt by a further year.
Meanwhile, Matt Clarke, Kieron Freeman, Ryan Fulton, Marc McNulty and Conor Wilkinson have returned to their parent clubs following the end of their loan deals at Fratton Park.
