The trio are all coming towards the end of their temporary spells at Hillsborough and Turner is aiming to prolong their sojourns in South Yorkshire after Saturday's clash with Derby County.
Johnston and Monk have already been with The Owls for two months from Middlesbrough and Southampton respectively while Portsmouth midfielder Robinson (pictured) is nearing the end of a month's deal.
Turner is eager for the triumvirate to remain with the cash-strapped club to boost their prospects of First Division survival.
The Owls chief also confirmed the trio wanted to stay and is hopeful he will be given the green light by his opposite numbers to extend the deals.
"I will be talking to the respective managers this week with a view to keeping all three," confirmed Turner.
"Since coming to the club they have all contributed well, not just on the field but also on the training ground.
"Their professionalism has raised the standard and set a good example to the younger players.
"They have all told me that they want to stay, too, which is encouraging."
