The Mali international only joined Les Canaris last summer from Ajaccio but is unsure if the club want him to stay next season.
Blackburn Rovers, Manchester City, Portsmouth and Southampton have all been linked with the powerful striker.
Bagayoko admits he would be tempted by the chance to transfer his talents to The Premiership but would be equally happy to stay at Nantes.
He is due to hold a pivotal meeting with Nantes officials next week when he hopes his situation will be clarified.
"I am waiting for some information from the meeting next Tuesday," said Bagayoko.
"I don't know if the leaders count on me or not, I have not spoken with them or the coach.
"I have suggestions, notably in England. It is true that that has stretched me.
"I feel well here, I was able to progress and I am satisfied with my last season.
"Now, if they don't count on me, they have to tell me."
