Swindon Town goalkeeper Phil Smith has agreed to sign a new one-year contract at the County Ground.
Smith has made 79 appearances for the Robins since joining from Crawley Town in 2006 and he was one of a select group of players to have been offered a new deal by manager Danny Wilson.
He has accepted the terms on the table and is looking forward to next season, with new signing David Lucas providing the competition between the posts.
"The security of another year is good news and I am looking forward to the season ahead," he told the club's official website.
"I had until the middle of June to get things sorted. I am happy here in Swindon.
"It's hard to believe that three years have flown by. Next season should be an exciting one and I am back in training already because I want to be as fit as I can by the time pre-season training officially starts."
Defender Lecsinel Jean-Francois has agreed terms on a one-year contract and will sign the deal on his return from holiday, while midfielder Craig Easton is expected to finalise terms over the coming weeks.
But the club are still waiting for a decision from Patrick Kanyuka who was offered a short-term deal by the Robins.
