Portsmouth striker Marko Futacs says manager Michael Appleton is keeping the players focused despite the club's financial woes.
The Championship strugglers entered administration for the second time in as many years earlier this week and were consequently deducted 10 points.
Pompey are now hovering on the brink of the relegation zone and Hungarian frontman Futacs admits the situation looks bleak, with the players yet to receive their January wages.
But the 21-year-old insists former West Brom assistant boss Appleton and his squad remain determined despite the club's predicament.
"We're not worried. Our manager Michael Appleton has kept us informed about the news in the dressing room," he told
origo.hu.
"He said he didn't have problems like this at West Bromwich but his dream was to be a manager and that's why he decided to join Portsmouth.

"He's as fanatic as he was when he arrived and it makes us determined too.
"My team-mates and I are still waiting for our January wages but we just concentrate on football."
Futacs was named Portsmouth's player of the month during their 1-0 defeat at home to Ipswich on Tuesday night and the striker admits he was touched by the home fans' reaction.
"When the speaker informed the fans that I got the award I heard an ovation - this was a touching moment," he said.
"In terms of the game, we showed an acceptable performance in the second half but we couldn't score."
