Mido says a half time argument with Paul Robinson helped inspire Spurs on Sunday.Tottenham striker Mido has revealed that a half time altercation with goalkeeper Paul Robinson inspired his side to make a comeback against Middlesbrough on Sunday.
The London side were 2-1 down at the break at The Riverside, but second half goals from Jermaine Jenas and the Egyptian hit-man handed them a 3-3 draw.
England number one Robinson also pulled off a number of impressive saves, and Mido says the fighting spirit in the Spurs squad, manifested in the row, makes them a formidable outfit.
"I had a bit of an argument with Robbo in the dressing room at half time and you only have to look at the reaction to see what kind of spirit we have," said Mido.
"He went out in the second half and was the best on the pitch.
"And I came back in the second half and scored the goal.
"This is the kind of spirit which will let you win games and go places.
"We have a great spirit, we fight for each other and it is not easy to beat us.
"I think not so many teams have the same team spirit that we have in our dressing room, I am very proud of that."
