Spurs pair bag call-ups

Tottenham duo Hossam Ghaly and Mido have both been called-up by Egypt.

Tottenham duo Hossam Ghaly and Mido have both been included by Egypt for their upcoming clash with Botswana.

It is the first time Ghaly has been called-up by his country since being dropped for last January's African Cup of Nations.

Ghaly, formerly of Feyenoord, has made two Premiership appearances for Spurs this term against Manchester United and Portsmouth.

White Hart Lane compatriot Mido has also been included by coach Hassan Shehata despite failing to score in his first five Spurs appearances this term.

Egypt open their African Cup of Nations campaign against Botswana in Gaborone this weekend and will be looking to kick-off with a win.
