North Londoners linked with Macedonian ace

Tottenham are just one of a number of clubs chasing Lazio's Macedonia international striker Goran Pandev, according to his agent. The 25-year-old, who is contracted to the Biancoceleste until the summer of 2011, is reportedly seeking a fresh challenge after spending the past five seasons with the club. With the futures of strikers Darren Bent and Roman Pavlyuchenko both uncertain, manager Harry Redknapp could be set to lure fresh attacking talent to White Hart Lane. Pandev's agent says Spurs are just one of a host of team circling his client, who is leaning towards leaving the Stadio Olimpico this summer.

Most interested

"Hamburg and Tottenham are among the teams most interested, but are not the only ones on a European level who would be interested," Corsi told www.tuttomercatoweb. "We are talking about a player who has a high market level for his technical qualities, age and experience. "I would prefer to talk about these things when I meet with the president, but I believe that Pandev is developing the idea of leaving Lazio. "At this moment the renegotiation and renewal seem rather complicated."
