Exeter City have made an offer for Charlton Athletic striker Stuart Fleetwood and also hope to re-sign Troy Archibald-Henville on loan.
Fleetwood impressed during a loan spell at St James Park last season, scoring three goals in nine appearances for the Grecians.
He has yet to make his first-team debut for Charlton after joining from Forest Green 12 months ago and also had spells on loan at Cheltenham and Brighton last term.
The 23-year-old has now been the subject of an undisclosed bid from Exeter, with the club awaiting a response from their League One rivals.
The Grecians are also looking to bring Archibald-Henville back to the club and have opened talks with Tottenham over a short-term deal.
Archibald-Henville made 19 appearances for Exeter last season and is currently training with Paul Tisdale's side as discussions over his future continue.
