Harry Redknapp will be in the dugout for Friday night's FA Cup game at Watford and the Tottenham boss' absence is not thought to have had an impact on the club's squad.
Spurs manager Redknapp has this week not been able to take a training session, as he has been at Southwark Crown Court contesting two counts of cheating the public revenue.
But Tottenham assistant Kevin Bond has confirmed the 64-year-old will return for the fourth-round clash against Watford, while off-field events are also not thought to have been a distraction.
Bond, who has been organising the club's training sessions along with coaches Clive Allen and Joe Jordan, told a news conference when asked what had changed: "Clearly the manager is not here, but very little really.
"The training carries on pretty much as normal and everybody has been getting on with things as normal so there's not really a lot of difference except, obviously, Harry is not here during the day.
"We had a similar scenario a few weeks ago when Harry had a small (heart) procedure done and he wasn't here for a week or so leading up to the Fulham game."
Bond has been talking regularly to Redknapp, who denies all charges, throughout the first week of his trial, which is expected to finish at the end of next week.
Spurs will give tests to Gareth Bale (thigh), Scott Parker (hamstring) and Younes Kaboul (groin) after all three came off in training on Wednesday.
