Blackburn winger Morten Gamst Pedersen believes his luck may be turning.Blackburn winger Morten Gamst Pedersen believes his luck may be turning after working his way into Mark Hughes' first team plans.
The Norwegian wide man had previously struggled to make an impact at Ewood Park but has now forced himself into contention.
Gamst Pedersen netted Blackburn's winner at the weekend against Portsmouth and is now in a positive frame of mind with regards to his future.
''It was really nice to play and score again,'' said Pedersen.
''I showed that I can cope with a full match.
''It was at times quite tough. But some of the rough tackles were actually players who slipped on the wet grass.''
Exasperated at his lack of opportunities in Lancashire, Gamst Pedersen had previously asked for a meeting with the club's management but this has now been postponed.
''We will see,'' continued Gamst Pedersen. ''The meeting has been postponed.
''But it would still be cool to talk, even if it's about minor issues.''
Meanwhile, the winger has pulled out of Norway's squad which is heading for a tour of the Middle East this week.
