Man City and Blackburn are rumoured to be leading the chase for Jermaine Easter.
Jermaine Easter's agent has revealed he has fielded enquiries from Premiership clubs, with Manchester City and Blackburn thought to be leading the chase for the player.
Wycombe striker Easter made headlines with the equalising goal in his team's Carling Cup semi-final draw against Chelsea.
The former Wolverhampton Wanderers player has trawled the lower leagues with the likes of Hartlepool and Stockport, but after 13 goals in League Two this season he is desperate to try his luck in the top flight.
And Easter's agent Wayne Elsey believes a good showing in the semi-final second leg at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday could start a scramble for his signature.
"There is interest in Jermaine from a number of Premiership clubs," Elsey told the Daily Star.
"I just feel him scoring against Chelsea has brought his obvious talent into a national spotlight.
"Who knows what could happen if he has a good match at Stamford Bridge."
Meanwhile, Rovers boss Mark Hughes is expected to step-up his bid to sign Hertha Berlin defender Christopher Samba.
Samba, 22, made a positive impression on Hughes during a recent trial at Ewood Park and Rovers are poised to begin negotiations with the player's representatives.
