Mark Hughes expects David Dunn to be fit for Wednesday's match at Bayer Leverkusen.
Mark Hughes expects David Dunn to be fit for Blackburn's Uefa Cup clash at Bayer Leverkusen, despite the midfielder limping out of Rovers' defeat to Everton.
Dunn's first start since rejoining the club from Birmingham lasted just 15 minutes on Saturday after the player sustained a dead leg in a collision with Toffees captain Phil Neville.
Hughes is light on his midfield resources following injuries to Robbie Savage, Steven Reid and Morten Gamst Pedersen but expects to be able to call on Dunn for Wednesday.
"It was a concern when he limped off but thankfully we think it is just a bang on the hip and a dead leg," Hughes told the club's official website.
"It is very sore at the moment, and he wasn't able to continue as it affected his movement, but it should settle down."
