Ryan Edwards has extended his stay with Morecambe from Blackburn for the final two fixtures of the Sky Bet League Two season.
The 20-year-old, who spent time on loan with Chesterfield earlier in the campaign, has so far made seven appearances for Jim Bentley's side after initially penning a one-month stay. Now, with the Shrimps still needing to secure their Football League safety despite reaching the much-fabled 50-point mark, the defender will stick around for the last two games against AFC Wimbledon and Bury.
