A trio of League Two clubs are looking to land midfielder Jamie Ward.

The 20-year-old left Aston Villa at the end of the season, but he has a number of offers on the table as he considers his future.

Ward, who spent the end of last season on loan at Stockport, is wanted by The Hatters, while Wrexham and Torquay have also made offers.

"The three clubs that have been most prominent and have actually made offers are Torquay, Stockport and Wrexham," his agent Gino Culbertson confirmed.

"We would probably make a decision over the next couple of days as to where he's going to go.

"He wants to weigh up all the options and it's been difficult because he's been impressed with all three clubs and it's just a case of him deciding what's best for him and his future progression and development.

"We've not agreed anything with anybody. We've had in-depth talks with all three clubs."
