Brighton have signed Aston Villa striker Sam Williams on a month's loan.
Brighton have signed Aston Villa striker Sam Williams on a month's loan, with caretaker manager Dean Wilkins poised to hand him an immediate start.
The 19-year-old, who spent four months on loan at Wrexham last term, is looking forward to regular first team football and could start against Chesterfield on Saturday.
Wilkins could pair Williams with either Alex Revell or Gary Hart in The Seagulls' attack, or alternatively the manager may opt to deploy all three in an attacking line-up.
"Sam's not the experienced striker that we were after, but I think he will be good for us," Wilkins told the club's official website.
"He will give us something different and I am looking forward to seeing him in action on Saturday."
