Tottenham, West Ham and Aston Villa have all made enquiries for Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie, according to Sky sources.

It is also understood that Palace are expecting bids for the 25-year-old DR Congo international from at least two of those clubs

Bolasie made a big impact in the Premier League with the Eagles last season and boss Alan Pardew is keen to keep him at Selhurst Park and build on impressive first season with an improved squad that has already been boosted by the arrivals of Yohan Cabaye from PSG and Patrick Bamford on loan from Chelsea.

Crystal Palace sign Yohan Cabaye from PSG for an undisclosed fee, believed to be a new Palace record.

Pardew even went as far as slapping a £40m price-tag on Bolasie, who joined Palace for around £400,000 from Bristol City in 2012, following his impressive performances towards the end of last season.

He said in April: "I'll sell Yannick, if someone wants to give me £40m to £60m, somewhere in there, that would be good

“I’ll take it and we'll build the team around that money. Every player has a price, of course.”
