Manchester City have secured Kiki Musampa's services for next season.

Manchester City have secured Kiki Musampa's services for next season.

The 28-year-old moved to The City of Manchester Stadium on loan fro Atletico Madrid in January and he made a big impact.

City boss Stuart Pearce, who has limited funds, admitted he could not afford to buy Musampa - but now he has landed the Dutch international on a season-long loan.

"I am delighted that Kiki has committed himself to the club for another season," Pearce told the club's website.

"He did exceptionally well from January through until the end of the season and on the back of those impressive performances he received a call up to the Dutch national squad.

"If he continues to produce that sort of form I will be delighted."
