The Selhurst Park club have been given a 14-day deadline to sort out their finances by the football league and this alerted quite a few clubs to the fact that they may be bale to pay below market-value for some players.
Hayden Mullins, Leon McKenzie and Svensson have all been subject of bids but the club administrators have insisted they will not sell any players below their appropriate price.
The 26-year-old Swedish striker has scored five times in his last seven games which has caught the eye of both Robson and Alan Curbishley.
"We have had two bids, neither of which were ever going to be accepted." said Club Administrator Simon Paterson "It would take a bid of at least seven figures for us to even consider selling Matt."
