Nemeth seals Boro exit

Szilard Nemeth has left Middlesbrough and joined Strasbourg on loan.
Szilard Nemeth's Middlesbrough career has come to an end after he sealed his move to Strasbourg.
The Slovak international has joined on loan for the rest of the season, but with his Boro contract due to expire at the end of the season - he will not return to Teesside.
Nemeth arrived at The Riverside in 2001 and was one of the final deals brokered by Bryan Robson.
By the time Nemeth arrived, Steve McClaren was in charge and although given his chance - he never lived up to expectations after being heralded as one of the best young strikers in Europe.
Nemeth, 27, managed 23 goals in 117 Premiership games for Boro, but he has now parted company with the Teessiders and has joined Strasbourg.
The Ligue 1 side plan to unveil Nemeth and Yacine Abdessadki - who has rejoined the club on a a two-and-a-half year deal after leaving Toulouse.
The versatile midfielder has enjoyed a brief but unhappy spell in the South of France with Toulouse.
He has featured in just nine matches since his move, and he will now look to aid his former club in their bid to stave off relegation.
Racing Club are currently stuck down in 19th place in Le Championnat, and fans will no doubt be boosted by the return of the influential playmaker.
