The livewire forward is back in his homeland receiving treatment for a knee injury that has dashed his chances of being involved in Portugal's World Cup campaign.
He has visited Benfica physio Antonio Gaspar for some assistance in ensuring he is fully fit to return for pre-season training with The Cottagers.
Boa Morte's presence at Estadio da Luz has sparked speculation that he is seeking a summer escape route from Craven Cottage.
The former Arsenal and Southampton winger, though, insists he has no intention of leaving Fulham at the end of the season.
However, he admitted the prospect of playing for one of Europe's most famous clubs holds plenty of appeal as he has yet to feature in his native league.
"Any player would like to appear for a club the size of Benfica. I feel some hurt for never having played in the Portuguese championship," said Boa Morte.
"I know Antonio Gaspar well so I decided to come to Estadio da Luz to have some treatment.
"It has nothing to do with a transfer to Benfica as I have two more years left on my contract with Fulham.
"As I know Gaspar well from the national team, I had no doubts in opting to see him to help my recovery."
