Song, who is also believed to have received offers from three other clubs including Barcelona, could be set for an European move some time over the next few weeks when his contract expires this month.
Song's agent declared that Pusan will let Song go if the price is right.
"We are looking at around $3 million for Chong-gug, but the clubs are offering less than that at the moment," he said.
Tottenham are believed to have since made a renewed bid of around £2.5 million or $4 million for Song, which will make him the most expensive player in Korea.
Spurs have only recently made a move into the Asian market when they handed a trial to Chinese star Qu Bo.
Aston Villa are also closely keeping tabs and Barcelona have already expressed their interest after watching Song keep Real Madrid star Luis Figo quiet in South Korea's World Cup clash against Portugal
Southampton had been linked earlier this month, but now it seems that Spurs and Villa are at the front of the queue for the versatile star, who can operate in defence or midfield.
