Di Livio and his Fiorentina team-mates were all given the chance to move on Bosman frees after the Viola were relegated to Serie C1 for failing to meet the financial requirements of staying in Serie B for the coming season.
With Portuguese striker Nuno Gomes returning home to sign a four-year deal with old club Benfica, 36-year-old Di Livio admitted that a move to the West London club would interest him, knowing that Italian legend Franco Baresi is currently in a role with The Cottagers.
Di Livio said: "I find English football fascinating.
"If I had to go to England I would have no hesitation in saying yes to Fulham because I know the people I would have to work with and they are good professionals."
The Italian World Cup man stated on Friday that he was pondering retirement following the Viola's demise, revealing that he was not entirely sure everything was possibly done to save the Florence club going into bankruptcy.
However, the talisman seems ready to continue playing and consider a change of scenery, with The Premiership looking to be the next port-of-call for the veteran midfielder.
