Defender Rehman has penned a two-year deal to extend his stay in West London until the summer of 2008.
Rehman has established himself as a first team regular this season and the 21-year-old was more than happy to pledge his future to the club.
"It has made all my hard work of last season worth it, I love Fulham football club and I am very happy here, so it is now up to me to continue with the hard work, to focus and hopefully to establish myself as a regular first team player with this club," Rehman told the club's official website.
Pembridge has inked a one-year deal to keep him at the club until next summer.
Fulham youngster Neale McDermott has also signed a one-year deal.
Meanwhile, Lee Clark has hinted he may be leaving the club.
Clark is out of contract in the summer and as yet no new deal has been offered leaving Clark in limbo.
The former Newcastle man has given a strong indication that he will be leaving insisting he will sad to leave the club.
"I didn't really want to contemplate saying, but there is a possibility that this might be my last game for the club after six, almost seven, fantastic years here as my contract is up at the end of the season," Clark wrote in the match programme prior to Sunday's win over Norwich.
"Sometimes that's just the way football goes. I didn't foresee this happening when I got over my injury and got back in the team. But these things happen and people have got to make decisions.
"I understand it from that point of view, but at the same time I'm obviously disappointed - gutted in fact.
"But as I've said before the manager has got a decision to make, and whatever he chooses, I wish Fulham all the best of luck in the future and maybe I can come back one day in another capacity - who knows what's around the corner. We'll see."
