Wimbledon defender Williams is the biggest doubt for the games as he is struggling with a knee injury.
Key midfielder Lennon has a slight groin strain picked up during the Bhoys 4-1 win over Hibernian last weekend, while Wigan Athletic's Kennedy is having injections in a shoulder injury.
McIlroy admitted he will know more about their fitness in the next few days when he has a look at them.
"Mark Williams is a major doubt and he's taken a bang on his knee," said McIlroy.
"Peter Kennedy has got a sore shoulder, but is going to travel and Neil Lennon has got a slight groin problem.
"I'm monitoring the situation and I'll find out more over the next couple of days."
